LD-350 Lightning Detector with
LTS-3 Timestamp Option Board installed
No additional hardware or software is required. No computer required. Simply plug in the included Lightning Detection Antenna, GPS Receiver and power cable. Plug in an Internet connection and turn it on.
The LD-350 will automatically connect to the Boltek Lightning Network server and start transmitting your local lightning data. Your data will be combined with other nearby detectors for long range high accuracy lightning data.

StormTracker Lightning Detector with

Install the provided Windows software, plug the card into a PCI card slot in your Windows PC, connect the included Lightning Detection Antenna and GPS Receiver and reboot. The software will run quietly in your Windows System Tray allowing you to use your computer as usual. If desired, NexStorm or Lightning/2000 software can also be run (latest versions required) and will even both run together using the same StormTracker card.

Boltek operates the Boltek Lightning Detection Network (BLDN) within North America only. Outside North America please contact us for more infomation on purchasing your own local Lightning Network Server.

Once four detectors are online within 300 miles of each other the network will automatically start plotting an lightning activity within range of the four detectors. The detectors should ideally be in a square configuration and not all in a line.
